Every problem is different so we don't have a fixed call out fee, but for a typical job you can expect the cost to be between £20 and £40. If it is likely to exceed this, eg. if a new part is required, we will always get your approval first.
We work on a 'no fix no fee' basis, so if we are unable to solve your problem you won't be charged a penny
We are based in Hornby and can cover anywhere within about a 15 mile radius
We will arrange a convenient time to visit you, not necessarily during traditional office hours, and if the problem is simple and quick to fix we will do it there and then. Failing that we will do the necessary work at our premises and deliver it back to you as soon as possible
